URALENERGOPROM will showcase not only its own products at the exhibition but also a wide range of services in the field of reverse engineering
Reverse engineering is aimed at restoring lost technical documentation and enabling the subsequent production of spare parts for various types of equipment. This approach becomes particularly relevant when original spare parts are no longer available due to discontinued serial production or the closure of the manufacturer.
Reverse engineering is especially critical for older equipment, including Soviet and foreign models, which are still in operation at plants despite having been out of production for decades. For example, pumps manufactured between 1967 and 1970 continue to be used, although original spare parts and technical documentation for them have long since been lost.
URALENERGOPROM’s experts conduct a detailed analysis of equipment to fully understand its design, enabling the creation of an accurate digital 3D model and the corresponding engineering documentation based on a physical sample. This documentation is then provided to the customer and can serve as a foundation for long-term equipment maintenance, ensuring its safe and reliable operation. URALENERGOPROM demonstrates a high level of expertise in reverse engineering, offering innovative and efficient solutions to sustain production processes in conditions of limited availability of original spare parts.
