On the way to Zero Emissions

 

 

The  efficiency  of  filtration  equipment  is  not  only  related  to  the  efficiency  of  the  filter media  itself  but  also  to  the sealing  of  leaks  
that  occur  during  the  production  of   the  filter  bags.

The patented  sealTECH    solution   seals   filter   bag   seams  by   applying  a   liquid   sealant   to   the   centre   of   the   seam (between   the layers  of   filter material) right  before   sewing.

The   patented  sealTECH   solution makes  it easier for industrial plants to adapt environmental  protection equipment  to  the requirements  of  BAT (Best Available Techniques)  and achieves  standard  reductions  in  dust emissions  to  the  atmosphere  well   below  1 mg/Nm³.

SealTECH  seam sealing is resistant to high temperatures >300 °C and at the same time to aggressive chemical composition of gases.
In addition to this solution, a special version of the foodTECH food-approved sealant can also be offered.

VDI  filter  test demonstrates the difference in filtration  efficiency  between  filter media with a longitudinal / cross seam stitching and filter media with sealTECH technology. The difference in efficiency  increases  significantly  for fine dust particles PM 2.5 and PM 1.0
