The applied IDM-Standard+ modification is an enhanced version of the system, now including not only vibration sensors but also an oil temperature sensor. This combination provides a more comprehensive picture of the equipment’s condition.

IDM-Online is an online monitoring system for rotating equipment, a joint development of TOO "Promanalitika" and TOO "Promprivod."

What problem does IDM-Online solve?

The company’s clients are industrial enterprises with critical rotating equipment, such as mills, gearboxes, and more. The main issue is that this equipment often breaks down unexpectedly. While it may appear to be functioning properly on the outside, hidden faults could be developing inside. Existing automated control systems (ACS) cannot detect these issues in the early stages and only register a failure after it has occurred.

About half of all production stoppages are caused by sudden equipment failures, leading to reduced output and, consequently, lost profits.

IDM-Online addresses this issue by detecting malfunctions at an early stage, providing users with information long before the fault leads to a breakdown or shutdown. A significant advantage is that diagnostics can be performed without stopping or disassembling the equipment.
